I used to wait to pick Tinker last, nowadays I instant pick him because I know somebody else will pick midder before me...

well kinda all of all depends hwo i am tempered

a) insta pick if i am on a invoker winning-spree
b)counter pick if someone else picks invoker, and i go nyx mid with sobi mask and 3 calrity (spam manaburn)
c)last pick, if i am bad tempered i am picking pugde lastpick to dual mid and spam "xaxaxaxaxa" even i am not russian

I tend to wait 30 seconds before picking, and either counter pick enemy heroes if they instapick, or just pick any hero if the enemy hasn't picked yet

In ranked A, in non-ranked C and D.

B never worked for me. I do better with heroes I know.

I get overwhelmed by the options and take 2 mins to pick hero.

If I want to play a hero that has hard counters I will usually last pick, if the enemy picks cancerous hero's I will try to counterpick, or if I really feel like playing a certain hero I will insta pick.

Lately I've been going full random. Swapping with teammates if I get a hero I don't feel like playing. Repicking if I get a shit hero.

I don't play without stacking, so we basically decide on heroes but wait till the last second to reduce counterpicks.

Insta-Random, I don't care what people think about people who random it adds more variety and it's fun.

^Yeah people will usually random in ranked and get chen or some hero they have 0 games with.
the smart ones repick, the not so smart ones play and just end up losing the game for everyone.

I counterpick 50% of the time, lastpick 49% and instapick 1%.

no, insta picking means you are confident with your pick and you can deal with counter picks

Instapicking means you're picking tinker
