And no it won't help your dota skills because dota isn't nearly as intense...it might help dancing inside of march of the machines...that's it.
If you can beat UFO on normal you can probably do easier games on Hard. And I don't think it helps you doto, maybe if you play puck only and want the reflexes, but then again touhou isn't even about reflexes. Don't tell me you rely on deathbombing to beat games, it's more about planning and practice.
