no since its 2sec delay for riki invi and 1.5sec for potm ulti, if u hit u get revealed for at least 1.5s

Axes' ult will kill them but not till the ult runs out. So use culling blade them change target or back out.
Do you get culling blade haste/no cd when the "successful" culling lands, or when oracle ulti ends?

Got some questions..
First scenario: Oracle + X, assuming you recieve 0 heal and lethal dmg during his ulti
1) what happens if you use e.g. euls, bkb or blademail just before it ends?
2) what happens with the use of skills like astral imprisonment, omni ult+bkb/repel, spectres dispersion, abaddon ulti, kunkk ulti buff, dazzle grave, phoenix ult, jugger bladefury or ult.. i think you get where im heading to. will damage be dealt? when?
second scenario: enemy has oracle ult
1) does culling blade still end their life if low enough?
2) enemy is abaddon with agha: how will the 35% work, how much will he heal?
third scenario: slark vs clock or the other way
1) does pounce ignore cogs?
fourth scenario: potm ult + invis x
1) is there a way to get the same effect as in dota1 where potm ult would turn riki into something like slark (attacking while invis)?
there might be more questions later on.
