also you might want to take toss at 2,3,5,7 for more damage, and start with 4 gg branches so you can combo at lvl 2 if ur support ganks mid.
Edit, should be 2,4,5,7
carry mid, 4 branches late botl, avalanche does more dmg then toss with cambo enlease its last lvl in toss, like its says in Description.
your forgetting that toss does 35% more once you have ult, I kinda see your point with the branches though.

It's two years old though, not sure if some mechanics were changed.
without ult its more dmg not always, and the hit after cambo makes up the dmg, i always take ult on tiny at 6 also makes it easier to win lane.
When I play Tiny mid I tend to gank trying to not just win mid and lose game, but win mid and other lanes by ganking while not losing too much from mid, so phase make u gank fast never miss cambo, and in team fight to always be able to smack ppl. not kitted 24/7
Safe lane tiny is always power treads tiny.
