I am playing at stable 60 fps, smooth enough.
There may be some purpose for 120, but why u need 90.
well then, whatever feels good for you
I have like 40 in big team fights to 120 when nothing is happening and don't see any problem
Having it not capped is only useful for benchmark purposes. Otherwise it just makes your graphics card hotter than it needs to be (-> waste more energy for nothing).
That being said, you should cap it to your screen refresh rate (in my case it is 144 Hz).
I dont think your eye can see difference between 90 and 120 fps, so it is kinda useless to ge above.
^ Your eye can see the difference between 300 and 400 fps even. You just can't see the difference on very slowly moving scenes.
Turn on vsync and triple buffering if you are constantly getting more fps than the refresh rate of your monitor.
VSync and tripple buffering cause input lag. It is not recommended to use it unless you need it (for example because you suffer from screen tearing).
I think that anything more than 60 FPS is as good as those ultrahigh DPI mouses - meaningless.
i play @ 140fps max settings if u have 120hz monitor u will notice the difference

which is better capping fps at 60 or letting it go above (mine 90 in almost max settings)
