dude he tossed them at the end of the game when they clearly lost.

i would report anyone if anyone tossed me into anything at all
unless thats during a gank for a kill and yet i would sitll report
just at the end of the game you can report everyone in that match, dont worry you get the reports back.
If someone is saying that sing doesnt deserve a low prio queue, then he clearly has never watched his stream. That guy is a flaming monster.

the report system is definitely not flawed and a player like singsing who never even talks in pubs and mostly plays 5 stack games needs to be put in the low prio pool.
