So passive is 30%, mom 20% and vlads 16%, that means you have 66% lifesteal total, correct?
Its stacks because (Triggered + Orb + Aura) it is 66% lifesteal and would stack even further if there was a wraith king.
EDIT: Additionally remember he has open wounds which gives him further lifesteal.
Doesn't matter, same principles still apply. I did a WK support with an ursa and I went Vlads and max aura and Ursa went MoM and it was unreal.

Yeah, its legit as fuck. Especially if you go lots of aspd on WK, that crit lifesteal is fuckin crazy.
Don't forget that naix's leech though is not lifesteal, it is a percentage of enemy's hp remaining.
I once stacked vlad's and dominator on troll but my team made fun of me :(
I used to go satanic on naix all the time and it worked out well, though it's not exactly the same.

Just saw on the Bulldong stream he went for mom and vlads. Basically some stupid pub build, but the lifesteal from his passive and those 2 items was just crazy, so i wondered how does it stack? (obviously it does, since he got from 0 to full hp in few autoatacks and 150dmg)
