Its garbage, it feels like 40% passive was nerfed to 10%, mby they finally fixed bara also so his 17% wont be like 99% bash...

Yeah his 40% truestrike was more of a bugfix tbh. I believe hes still a great hero if you have no gap-closing hero.
Sniper killing SF mid 1v1 is pretty amazing. He still does right? I think they should nerf that still.
MoM got weaker, so he got slower seeing as how most people used to build him Phase Yasha Mom for extra mobility

I guess mainly noobs play sniper now in this patch, which in turn explain the low win rate.

Only thing they should have change was shrapnell instant vision :S He feels SLOWER his passive works like on 1/10 shoots.
I know he needed nerf, but not to the ground LOL.
