the miss chance should stack with evasion the same way two evasion items stack with each other. I am not sure how it will interact with other miss chance debuffs though.

Completely stack together? Say, Radiance + Butterfly = 17% + 35% = 52%?

But this is only to a source of evasion though. Radiance isn't evasion though, it's a miss chance.

I think the highest misschance applies, I have never faced this problem as there were little sources of miss chances and now it just heavily increased

They stack multiplicatively, not additively. So 0.83x0.65 = 0.5395 to get hit, which is basically 46% evasion.

its like getting hit by ns's silence or brew's haze while hitting an evasion target, it just stacks multiplicatively normally.

You miss 17% attack, your target dodges 35%.

Simple as that.

You can miss and your target can dodge at the same time also.

Its around 45-46% miss. (didn't use a calculator, just estimating)

The main difference is that only affected units will miss on you, so towers, magic immune heroes or units, and sniper at long range will still hit you, unlike with evasion. Otherwise it's just like having 17% evasion.

This suggests that it stacks with Evasion though. So therefor u just count it in. PA with Radiance you would hit 0.5 *0.83 = 0.415~ of the times

no, in effect there is absolutely no difference from having a miss-chance while hitting a 0 evasion target or having no miss-chance but hitting a target with the same evasion e.g. hitting normal heroes when crippling fear-ed is mathematically identical to hitting PA without being crippling fear-ed.

please elucidate the issue of how there is a big difference apart from the obvious one about evasion working on all incoming attacks and miss-chance working on all outgoing attacks

The only time miss chance is different than evasion is when hitting buildings. An MKB will allow you to hit a PA 100% of the time, but you can still miss on buildings if you have a miss chance applied. It makes brew surprisingly strong at base defense.
