it takes time. consider you got 2k mmr, and High Skill starts at 3.2k. Then you need to win approximately 48 games in a row to get it (~25pts for each game). Just keep playing, and soon you'll get to better bracket.
how are you gonna get to high skill when you only playing unranked games ?
