I've played with some spainish speaking people not sure where they came from but from what I've seen (and I have English perfered on so I don't find them often) they seem to be fairly pleasant even though I can't understand what they were saying

They were mostly spouting the few English phrases they have picked up mostly cuss words and "omg were lose" and stuff like that in a rather amused sounding voice (as we were winning)

The thing is the English preference is just that a preference it will try to put you with other English perfered peoe but it won't sacrifice queue time for it

I usually ask them to speak English if they can, and apologize that I can't speak their language better than a few phrases. Honestly, as Americans we should be ashamed to be the only country that churns out a bunch of solo lingual people.

(I'm in the 1.3-1.6k range right now, I deal with a lot of Peruvians, they typically play better if you actually communicate with them and don't flame.)

Turks are generally douchebags and smartasses. They usually play fine but spiral down when something bad happens. Oh and if they spot another turk they refuse to speak english, no matter what. If you (read the turk they spotted) refuse to speak turkish they will flame you for this. That's why I changed my name from Haydar to Kittyminati
