I remember a dendi game when he was playing Rubik, and enemyes didnt upgrade any skill, just pasives and stats. The enemy lost, dendi got mad and stay afk after the min 20.
Then he went to play csgo and did a disaster.

Dont lvl active skills, only passive once and stats, that will make silencer usless hero making it easy game.
