because reddit's opinion is nothing. and bloodseeker got a sweet buff in .84 . And both heroes scale with skill of the player (aka skill ceiling is quite high).
They are picked rather rarely, but when they are, its done by people who know how to handle them and feel like this pick fits.
Also, whatever the bracket is, you play better against commonly picker heroes comparing to least picked ones.

Yeah, as the title states, just looking at the stats in Dota Max (sorry if its not allowed to mention other sites), heroes like Omniknight, Abaddon, Riki, Bloodseeker and other "pubstomp heroes" still have high winrates. I thought "pubstomp" heroes were supposed to be generally unsuccessful in the higher mmrs since people learn how to counter them. Any reason for their continued success even in very high mmr?
