I know I'm just a high skill scrub but Phoenix is basically landing your fire spirits then ulti-ing so they can't kill your egg. Seems straightforward enough to me.
bread and butter, spirits / dive -> spirits should be easy from the get go
takes a while to get used to combining everything, e.g. simultaneously ray + shoot spirits + toggle movement + aim movement + urn/atos/veil but it becomes pretty automated after enough practice, kinda like earth spirit
optimal timing and positioning of egg is more difficult to master, as there's so many things to factor in and often you won't have much time to decide

yeah, up to 3.5-4k, landing spirits is 75% of job done, as you won't be punished so much for positioning and players underestimate the aspd slow

Meepo is FAR harder to play than phoenix.
Just take some practice. Knowing when to go in, and knowning when to ult. Simple as that.
