Can we add 'Is that balanced?' from Loda to chat wheel?

I think it will be fun when you die or did something awesome.
I realized you could easily beat almost every game with this following trick: all you'd have to do is have more weapons in your arsenal and then take a bad trade so that the enemy thinks he's winning, but then you just use the rest of your arsenal to destroy him in the overall scenario.
So, for example: what i'd do on 1v1 mid is i'd run at my enemy at lvl 1 when i have more regen, i'd take a bad trade so that he THINKS HE'S WINNING, then i'd drop as low as possible and walk back
i'd run away with like 50-100 hp while he'd still have like 200-300 hp
then i'd just pop salve and then VIOLA, they sure won that first trade
BUT during the rest of the laing phase, i'll have always full HP while they're half hp so they have to play passive.
because he has no more resources to trade with me(regen, hp, mana etc.)
You simply can't beat my at my own game, i'll just bait you into thinking you made a good trade, but then you'll just run out of resources to trade and i'll control you for the rest of the game.
my guidance isn't made for the 90%, it's made for the 1% who are smart enough to play on my level.
i think i'd rather break my leg than go to army
thank god that the politicians that came up with bringing the compulsory army service missed me by like 4 years (i dont remember if they succeded or not)
also im nearsighted

in that case you'd have bottle or another key item a wave earlier
what about the 9 percent that are left
