There is a merlini video of him playing tiny, and explaining how to farm effectively. at 10 min he has something like 140 last hits.

There was also a PL tutorial by Ryze I think, a few years ago... It was something like send illusion to tank creeps while he farmed jungle and then let his creep wave die in enemy tower.

Who cares about these numbers anyway? This won't ever happen in a real game, so it's a waste of time.

i saw good players have ~100 cs at min 10 many times with antimage.
push the lane>blink to hard camp>blink to lane

this is why its only doable on dire safelane

It's not PvP when your lane is totally empty for the first 10 minutes and you don't rotate to do anything.
