Oracle is actually an amazing hero, the problem is no one knows how he works and don't know how to take advantage of his abilities. He is one of the most complicated heroes in the game.
it usually doesn't matter if your team doesn't know what Oracles abilities does if you know.
Idk there was a video on reddit where oracle put some spell on enemy anti mage and then his teammates blew everything on him dealing 0 dmg
i think it wws purifying flames as it gives 100 magic resistance (?)
