I've been using the same Razer Naga for nearly 4 years. Razer works just fine if you're not a raging jerk. But because I got so used to the Naga, my hotkeys are screwed. If I ever do go back to a normal 2button, I'm gonna be worthless for a couple months.
I prefer steelseries, I like the way they fit my hand, everyone's different though. I'd go to best buy or somewhere where you can actually touch the mice, even if they aren't out of box, most you can feel through the packaging. The most important thing about a mouse isn't dpi or buttons or features, it's how comfortable and natural it feels.
I hated my razer naga. My hand never felt comfortable with it.
It depends.
Popular choices are the Logi G502, Razer's deathadder, Zowie's mouse, Corsair M65 (which I use), and there are a few other mice that are popular for gaming.
I have a small hand and I found the G502 to be too narrow, it's a nice looking mouse otherwise. The M65 is doing just fine and I have all the hardware acceleration disabled and it's just as good as an optical mouse.
You gotta get the best mouse pound for pound for dotes mannn :]
logitech g502 here
i don't really use the extra features it has over the 402 though so if price is an issue i'd suggest that instead.
Razer Deathadder Chromaaaa (Quite possibly the only Razer product I like that I've bought so far).
I've always liked Steelseries products but I bought the Deathadder and haven't went back to the SteelSeries sensei.
If you have loads to spend and want a mouse that fits you perfectly in terms of hotkeys size and customisability go with the mouse ive got, a roccat nyth.
the buttons on the left can all be taken off and replaced with the sizes you want.
Im telling ya guise, once you tried the spring type clickers on teh Logitech Daedelus Prime you can never go back! Trust me guise! 😨
Yeah roccat make fucking awful mice, so cheaply made and uncomfortable. Get a g400s if you can still find one, not flashy but really really solid.
I have a spare MX518 if you wanted
Unless you are storing macro keys on the buttons. The most you'l need is 4 buttons. Left click, right click, a button for shift and one for alt. I mean you could have one hotkey to "R" but yea it defeats the purpose of using the left hand, unless you plan on being a one button invoker type player.
I hate mouses with a lot of additional buttons/look like space ships
so i'd recommend these
Steel Series Rival 100 (that's mine)
Zowie Fk1 (Was looking at this first, but was too pricey for my tastes)
