4.5k MMR dedicated hard support here, have plenty of experience in competitive Dota (I drafted my team to division 3 JoinDota league against many 5k+ teams). I also have experience playing with stacks of 5k+ and pulling my weight.

1 tournament (PD cup), 12-00 - 16-00 CETthen a league (DA) match at 17-00, bo2, shouldnt take more than an hour and a half
not necesarilly join for both at a time, if u can play only at one time period out of these two, its fine for me
