you can still toggle autocast with hotkeys. go to settings > hotkeys > advanced hotkeys > enable separately bindable quickcast hotkeys
which basically goes back to the old hotkeys settings but also with hero specific hotkeys.
although im not denying that this umaru guy isn't stupid.
