On reddit there have been some complaints about this since the Spring Cleaning update

I don't know if I haven't played the game in a while, or something is messed up currently but it feels like when I use Attack Move in games, it doesn't register or it delays a whole bunch, screwing with my deny's/last hits.
Am I the only one experiencing this, or is this a group thing?
