Nah sniper doesnt have invis so he needs his Shadow Blade, Blink dagger and boots of travel
Sven, get your treads/dom/sny/blink/bkb before OD has big items and kill him in stun duration.

the important thing is that you can blow him up with phys dmg before your bkb expires.
Void+ranged damage can work too. Void and OD on same team is gross, throw an omni on top and you can't lose.
as always, if they have OD and omni, you will have to buy diff, and even then game is going to be hard.
A great disable would catch him off guard. Shaman's hex or shackles followed by the clawing of Ursa or any carry. LC can also counter him but just make sure his OD's supports should be killed first.
Nyx Assasin hurts OD during early and mid game but still OD is very dangerous in late game
According to dotabuff, OD is at a considerable disadvantage vs pugna. Does his arc orbs proc mana burn from pugna's mana ward? Though I think the real selling point he can offer to counter OD is the insane long ranged DPS.
PA is great to counter OD , cz he have passive evasion .

I don't understand why ppl complain so much about a hero with a 52% winrate across all brackets.... hardly an OP winrate.
and unlike invoker, you can't say its lower due to skill ceiling. And even invoker isnt that bad at 53% in the highest bracket.
why dont ppl complain about omni, necro, or abaddon, who all have higher winrates across all brackets.
Fun fact: if you have a omni and you're trying to kill him but he has a blink. Repel him and he can't astral himself.
Obviously dont do this if he will kill you with it. You'll need bkb too or he will astral you and kill omni
Dont listen to PA good vs OD. He very shitty dies in 2 hits or 1 ult pretty much cant do shit, if pa jumps him he just astral him. "not if pa bkb" no but pa vs od pa will never get bkb cuz he will die 24/7.
plus many use rod of fucking atos on OD and its a decent counter against pa not that he needs it.
I somehow forgot clinkz. clinkz murders OD with just deso, and when you both have bkb its a joke.

... and OD has innate banish. I'm sure a decent OD would just astral himself when he see Lifestealer charging at him with Rage and then proceed to kill or blink away.
