Dont participate in stupid discussions. Someone flames u, even if he is right for yor mistake, just mute him. Its toxic and affects gameplay.

accept your teammates as something you can't control and focus on your play

I try to start each game with a fresh attitude assuming that each team might potentially be made up of people who are willing to pick good heroes, communicate, coordinate, listen to instructions etc.

It's only after I load in and find people picking bounty hunter and then just going offlane and sitting there for the first 10 minute leeching exp and not shutting down the enemy safelane, or ganking mid, or ganking the safelane etc that I lose my mind.

solo que mentality = be useful n don expect ur teammate to be useful ..
do not tell ur teammate wat to do n how to play or wat mistake they do ... they will get butt hurt n anger at u , even i shout for sod gank ...
