because he has high pick rate and is annoying to deal with
and lower mmrs have no clue how the fuck to play that thing correctly
anyway ~50% in 5k+, seems balanced to me

So why exactly is there so much hate directed at OD instead of these other heroes? (other than spectre, who also gets so much hate) Many of which (like Omni and abba) have had a higher winrate since forever.
And its not like OD has an egregious professional winrate either.
