Max bash first by 7 then put 1 value point into CD freeze if needed, if not skip it until after you have time walk maxed.
Then get vlads -> yasha -> diffusal -> complete manta -> Agh/whatever item. Buy blink at any point you feel the need to.
Alternate build is arcane -> mek -> agh/blink. Ask if your team would prefer a mek or vlads at 14-16 min. Great for teamfight.
