Phase MoM Blink Diffu (and then Aghs/Bkb, Abyssal,..) is the go-to build atm, they also use this exact build in competitive. The thought behind is that you blink in with overpower, insta-kill one and if they disengage after this instakill you use MoM Diffu to chase, and Enrage when they should fight back to negate the extra dmg.
Tl;dr: Go-to build atm, if you know how to use it correctly.
I honestly don't get it, diffusal on ursa when he has a dispel in ult, and I'm not as much a fan of mask of madness. It's weird, sven used to always go mask of madness and now he's transitioned to dominator + s&y. Ursa used to never go mask (even after uam change) and now people are building it non stop.
Idk, I still think vlads is better, vlads, blink, s&y is pretty good.
^ Diffusal slows people so they can't run. A targettable purge is also amazing. It also purges ghost scepter and euls, the only ways you can stop Ursa from eating you alive.
Vlads is garbage honestly. The only time I think you should build it is if you need desolator to shut down Sven early or something like that. Only reason vlads was ever used before was because you needed the lifesteal to kill roshan+sustain.
vlads is better, you dont receive 30% extra damage normally, and when you ult you get 50% less dmg if activated, plus you dont need the attack speed that much on ursa;
phase + morbid to rosh, them do vlads, if you need more attack speed go for a assault, diffusal is very good, but i prefer a basher, since you can stun lock people with overpower, so when you ult you get the normal -80% dmg that is huge.
