My leacture said you can solve this if you use your brain a little.

Well, PantsOnFire, it looks like you have been doing a lot of unranked games lately. Ranked and Unranked differ in what kind of match you get paired in.
I think for high skill bracket is 3.2k - 3.8k and 3.8k+ is Very High Skill bracket.
I know your struggle. You will get back to High Skill bracket again, just do your best not to get stressed out, and if you lose 2 ranked matches in a row, it's time to stop queuing for ranked for a few hours or the rest of the day. I dropped from 3.1 to 2.6 and have been stuck in fucking 2.7 since mid Feburary, all because I ignored my rule of stopping after a 2 loss streak.
It's rough climbing back to 3k, but just keep learning from your mistakes and do not blame your teammate. Play roles that are needed rather than what you're in the mood to play.
Also, Ranked All Pick is the worse and needs to go. Queue for Captain's Mode and Random Draft. You get better teammates and games.

Never ever rank captain mode in SEA unless you have 5 pt member. You sure dun want this shit happen like my friends do.
I play on US West/East and Japan servers. SEA can be bad, but I still believe All Pick ranked should be removed forever. I miss the week where it was gone since I found CM and RD games SUPER FAST instead of waiting 10 - 30 minutes for one game.
Not only that, my mmr increased by like 250, but then fell to shit once AP came back and I got impatient looking for cm/rd games lol
In my 2.2k rank, it dont work pretty well with cm since there is almost no communication at all and only like 10% that can actually speak english. :(
Eh, nothing you can do there. I just suck it up. I was 3.1 and dropped to 2.7. I have been stuck in 2.7.
Lately I have been doing much better.
My advice is: don't let the stress get to you. If you're stressed, your next game isn't going to go so well.

I got some high skill and very high skill bracket before but sometimes when I play with my friends it became normal skill. How to get back to high skill or very high skill bracket ?
