Aether lens is really good. Crazy range on ulti and Q.
It's better to let others who can farm faster than you rush mek rather than you because you need to hide to ulti your carry and if you come close the enemies will just kill you. If no one else goes mek then its ok. Greaves is only good if they keep silencing you in team fights.

Aether lens + blink + euls is good most of the time.

i find urn pretty useless since heal gets cancelled under false promise even when your target virtually takes 0 damage

on the game i saw synderen went arcanes, then disaasembled it for lens, and bought arcanes again

Dazzle > Oracle

dazzle is gay as fuck though. he dresses pink, smears everything pink with his pink cum. and he's a shithead shaman or what ever.

oracle has kamehameha blast stun purge, he knows the future but doesn't brag about it. actually he's super hypocritical because he never tells the future he just says that he already saw that coming. also he's always like gonna nuke u, sike now imma heal you, where as dazzle is just gay

and i'm spamming enough pink heroes for now, people wont buy that aesthetic shit for ever

Hero has something like a 42% average winrate in the <2k bracket. Even in the highest skill pubs he barely gets above 45%.

void has sub 50% wr, he is auto win so are visage, ebola spirit, arc warden, ench, ld, ta, morph, clinkz, pl, nyx and bounty

just because people aren't arsed enough to play a hero adjusted doesn't mean that it's shit

most of them you've to pick accordingly though.

Core items - Urn, Mek.
Recommended - Vlad, Pipe, Blink, Glimmer.
Situational - Hex, Octarine, Bloodstone, etc...

4k5 Oracle here. Arcane Boots is core in all situation. It's the only solution for your mana problem.
1st priority is Mekansm. Always nice to have one Mek in any line-up. Also, combo with your ult, you can heal 500hp to one of your core without disarm them.
If someone already built Mek or you already got Mek, build Rod of Atos. Your Q is not long range enough, not powerful enough to provide lockdown for your team. Also, you need a HP item, without HP item your max HP is around 900 and you die easily after some AOE/Global spells or a small mistake.
Then complete Guardian Greaves.
Luxury is Aether Lens + Dagon + Octarine for nukes. If enemy is a good escape hero, consider a Hex instead of Octarine.

LOL Oracle, 42% WR, Dazzle 52% WR. He is a defensive hero, not offensive. Oracle has the skillset for being offensive but is often found as a defensive hero. The problem is that Oracle cant provide in lane what Dazzle can... Nuke saves with shallow grave and a quick 140 health, on top of that he can slow/stun enemies, and a less well known fact, lvl 1 poison touch cancels tp. so just as good as oracle really, except that dazzle's shallow grave > oracle's ult in lane and in teamfight upon retreat.

he is a solid hero, just not in the meta due to how this patch is played with such high dmg output.
