Lich definitely, since ranged creeps are now worth more exp and melee creeps worth less. Even in a tri-lane, Lich could still outlevel the enemy offlaners since he steals all the EXP for his team when he sacrifices creeps.
Depends on if you're going aggressive or not... Oracle's heal/harm spell on 1sec CD with aghs is pretty nice.
Cm buff isn't that big, cd reduction is nice but a lot of times you max that ability last anyway and the mana regen in only on last level. If it was all levels it' be sweet.
Lich is easily the strongest. He was strong before, is more so now.
I've only played one game on Lich online but that was sick. The level advantage was 7vs5 on 2v2 some point in early game. But with normal skill, we had no stuns and were 4vs5 some time cause abandon on Omni. I know that im noob and started playing last november but I have been playing support most of the time. I got some kills because mispositioning on opposite team and nice ulti. But what can I say on my limited exp, i'd say that Lich is pretty good on dual offlane.

Which suports are the best acording the buffs and nerfs in this patch?
Lich, nyx, crystal maiden, jakiro recieved the most buffs but, are they viables on this patch?
