echo effect only works on melle heroes, but is like a mini s&y with the stats, but is very strong in big dmg dealers, if you crit with pa te crit will proc 2 times, good on sven as well, it is a early game item.
It just causes a second attack to happen very quickly. If you crit or bash on the first attack it Does NOT guarantee that you will crit or bash on the second attack. Its overrated on a lot of heroes but its still pretty good and gives decent stats. I don't think it needs a nerf.
It's a good early item on a few heroes like tiny, wraith king and sven but i don't see the point in buying it on anyone else.

Is the item too strong? It gives good dps, decent stats, and mana regen for a relatively low cost. It apparently gets used on ranged heroes too and it still works. Miranas got 60% win rate with it 0_0
So what are your thoughts on the item? I'm predicting a slight nerf sometime soon.
