Think he means don't pick Ember Spirit if there is a legion commander and windranger who have very long duration lockdown.

He's nerfed to hell and he ll be out of meta for a long time for sure
I just like learning characters and learning the game, im still normal skill, i mostly want to learn before i climb mmr.
I agree really. The current meta doesn't allow him to shine, because of Legion, Spectre, Slark, Sven etc... High DPS hero's just melt him down. And he just needs too much farm to be able to do anything. By the time you get your items the other team is already so far ahead of you it doesnt even matter anymore. I spend a lot of time learning the hero, but at this time i dont think he's viable enough to be picked.
whut? pick ember in 3k seemsgud to me. Even without dag linken or manta, 2 rapira makes them scared af.
