@triplesteal and how does that work with netcafes. People in SEA mostly play in netcafes, because well, it's tradition there. So there are multiple accounts linked to one IP. When someone creates another one, what happens?

according to the rumors (not my personal experience), there are multiple ways of tracking smurfs that valve uses. however, i suppose none of them will work properly for internet cafes.

The smurfs I made back at home for charm abusing were mostly VHS. I could probably make a proper smurf in one of these Manila internet cafes because almost everyone I see play in here play like 1k lul

Most people have lower hidden mmr than solo mmr, is it possible to have higher hidden mmr but lower solo mmr

to all the jerks who think they know so much about the tracking system in this thread. it is not the ip adress. u can test it on ur own when u create an account with handy internet -> different ip adress. u will have same hidden mmr on smurf.
