Sometimes an unexpected lag and disconnect happens on every player. Even the pro tournaments have ever happen like this if the pc suddenly broken.
You are lucky if your pc suddenly blacked out and ur good ally or enemy pauses the game. but what if in lower bracket there is a toxic player who refuses to pause or immediately unpause although a disconnect still happens?
This problem can be solved by applying on autopause system. If the unexpected disconnect happens, the game are automatically paused. all players cannot unpause the game untill 3 minutes after pause (i think its too long maybe 2 minutes) or all of the players have reconnected or someone ragequitted and abandon the game. Multiple disconnects doesn't stack the pause disables... It basically works like WC3 DOTA
