Tbh if u just play on na servers late at night u get all the white dads coming out and they usually feed commends. Sometimes I get mad and vent and u can see my reports skyrocket. However just staying calm almost guarantees no reports. It does depend on ur region I guess but na is usually chill unless the Peruvians or the retards who be like "nigga I'm too cud" come out.

The first I often say while the picking phase is going on, is "I'll support guys".
That is already a stronger indicator than a silent guy randoming.
Ofc that doesnt mean 100% assured good games/commends/flamer less enviroment, but it's a start on which you can build your team confidence and try to increase the game quality.
I am aware I play too much rubick and it's not always the best pick, I try to diversify as much as I can but sometimes I just cant unlick the selection, it's just too good of a hero for me to play :)))
