well, normal skill is mostly for people who don't even know the basics of dota. in most cases if they were playing carry and happened to be supported by a higher mmr support, pretty sure support would have more gpm xpm than the carry just cause of kills and midas as well as the pulling lasthits....
high skill people tend to know the basics such as pull/stack timings, lasthitting in lane, etc.
very high skill is a very wide bracket and it ranges from approximately same as high skill (probbly what that antimage was) to complete mastery of dota 2.
anything below 6k is bullshit, even in 4k i still found retard who play like 1k
