well not to mention vlads is a nice splitpushing item however i can see it being controversil on antimage ans he has no summons to really make use of the aura.
also most of the games ur either gonna go vanguard or manta so building 2 roh is more cost effective in the long run because ur gonna buy vang for ur abyssal anyway
with this logic u might as well say u should buy a casual ultimate orb cuz it builds into manta later. or casual double elvenbands cuz treads+yasha lul!
it's all about timings and spending more gold on an extra RoH delays ur timings.
well i guess 2 roh is kinda expensive but if youre leading but still need regen the extra 300 gold can be farmed in neuts in 3 camps if ur not planning to go vlads that game
If you're getting assblasted enough to need a headdress your not going to have an easy time saving 850 gold. Headdress is nice because you can just spam cheap items even when your lane is going awful rather than having to buy big items. You can very easily go pms->qb->ring of regen->headdress and have some nice laning items without ever having to save more than 200 gold. Double ring is overkill imo because it is expensive, hard to get to and is overkill on regen because usually I just go jungle if the lane is super hard.
Raindrops->manta rush after BF is very underrated I feel, it is the build I go for most games and although your hp regen is a little lacking you get a much faster manta timing which allows you to contribute to fights which is super important in pubs to stop your team collapsing 4v5. Also you don't lose out on farm speed as with raindrops you have enough mana to sustain perma-blinking and the faster yasha boosts your farm rate a lot to make up for inability to clear ancients often. After the manta you can go straight vanguard as well if you need more sustain.
@junko but then ur paying an extra 300 gold for +3 regen and -2 all stats (headdress has +2 all stats)
plus like i said headdress is aura, it might be minor but still, the anti-push helps, plus it keeps ur braindead support alive longer.

2 roh builds into fury vanguard

tbh i dont think i should get vlads often because vang + fury regen + treadswitching is more than enough sustain for you

sell? wat
its only 250 gold o.o ..
oh oops yea it builds into vanguard. still will go headdress rather than casural roh. u only gonna get vang way later (after manta)
well i guess 2 roh is kinda expensive but if youre leading but still need regen the extra 300 gold can be farmed in neuts in 3 camps if ur not planning to go vlads that game
or not, that situation seems unlikely af
one thing idk is whether to get vlads or vang BEFORE manta against LC/BS
