what are you on about, this is the standard item build
the silver edge at the end since game was already won, usually high mmr people go for troll items at the end to confuse newbies
silver edge is not bad on AM, even if that game wasn't over yet I wouldn't be surprised if he bought it vs. PA.
generally MKB is better because you can be braindead and use it, which means you can't fuck it up. but silver edge if used perfectly is better vs. PA
