I believe if you haven't sold anything in a certain amount of time Valve puts a limit on your account but I'm not sure. Also if your account is newer than a certain amount of time then they limit what you can and cant sell too.
I have this account for almost 2,5 years so you don't call it so 'new'
I'm selling/trading/gifting items constantly so i don't think i had that restriction you're talking about @TheMaverick427

Hello to everyone.
I'd like to make a question to all of you cause I'm dealing with an issue which i really don't understand.
As you can see in the first photo I'll attach lot of people have putted on sale their new set of Invoker's from the new Fall Treasure IV 2016.

My question is this :
Why lot of people arround the world can put their Invoker set for sale immediately and i have to wait to trade/sell/gift it till 8/12/2016 as photo No 2 says
I'd appreciate serious answer's no troll etc
