mana voids got a nice sound to it. culling blade as well.
but the topper is reaper's fuck your bb sythe. if you use it right a single cast wins a game.
ECHO SLAM IS REALLY SATISFYING. other than that the sound effects of reaper scythe or even slarks first ability or culling blade

Has to be glimpse. It is the most satisfying thing in the game when someone teleports then you say: nope, I don't want you here and send them back to base.
A close second would be reapers scythe as I know very well the enemy dreads the extra respawn time.
Dunno about spells, but in the early-mid game killing ancients & neutrals as lycan with Vlad's and a pair of wolves makes me all fuzzy inside
Melting towers with howl, wolves and necro also feels good.
Teamfighting with bkb, ult, wolves, howl and necro is also very satisfying.
Think Necro ult is the consensus.
Also a fan of Stasis trap. Its basically a Chrono with 6 sec cooldown that still lets your team mobilize around.
The Crack of Sven's hammer is nice as well
You guys are all twisted, all the cancer spells give you enjoyment. I enjoy all the skill shot spells like hook, sun strike.
I think it has to be Reapers. It gives your enemy that 1.5 second delay to regret all his decisions and then deletes him from the game.
Hand's down it is Glimpse. Muchas lolz when you glimpse back a charging Bara or an incoming TP.
maybe Reverse Polarity. It just feels good to see an opening and get a good 3-5 man RP. The follow up AoE from your teammates makes it even better (think kunkka's torrent). and then you just skewer them away and get your whole team killed
its actually weird how certain spells bring satisfaction, like alrdy mentioned od orb, or timber's whirling death, hex, (bot only as an item for some reason), etc. would be interesting to derive some psychological explanation of such a difference in peception of spells.
some things are easy to understand tho, like axe's or necro's ult, mana void, rp, requiem - cz in most cases u either dont get a chance to use them at all, or use them in a proper way. however, i got no idea why od's orb is so satisfying.
For me its Phoenix's Dive, Sun Ray and ult.
They all have spectacular animations, and using them, watching your team's health go up, opponents go down, is extremely satisfying.
In my MMR, its also extremely fun watching opponents figure out if they need to hit the Egg, run, or keep attacking whoever they were attacking before.

I think it is because you send flying death at enemies with a really slow projectile and you can do the "cool guys don't look at explosions" maneuver where you attack a hero 5 times with the orb while he's retreating, then turn back and watch him just die.
Same thing with impetus.
