U go aghs if u wanna be flashy and 1v9 like miracle. Otherwise u go stuff that u already get

Buy aghs if you can sustain the mana cost. Octarine is good but other item is a lot better, like vyse, shiva's, or heart.

octarine if you constantly find yourself chasing/being chased, it's your go-to when there's no creeps around to trigger reactive armour

if i needed to chase id rather get blink + bot, plus chasing is easy on a hero like timber, u got a low cd chain and a scaling slow

also if ur chasing a hero like qop or void or something with a blink you'd pretty much have more success with sheepstick than octarine

also for the armor i pretty much always go either shiva or lotus anyway so not having creeps to proc it isnt that important anymore

what i want to know if the extra damage from aghs and the spell vamp + cd reduct from octarine is worth sacrificng the utility u get from pipe/shiva/lotus/sheep/eul or blink

i think agh is when
you dont need pipe shiva etc items for survability
then u can go agh and rape the shit out of them
octa is together with aghanim
hig dmg and high heal right?
so octa and agh go together

I mostly get aghs all the time as timber , but u can go without it when enemy has like melee str core coz u simply deal enough dmg. Aghs mostly when u simply need dmg (mb enemy is ranged agilty hero). Im sure u can go boots>HoD/bloodstone(mostly u get bloodstone first but hood 1st is sure usefull against zeus or smth similar)>eul(for silence)/just simply aghs. Rushing agh after pipe/bloodstone isnt bad bcoz u farm like a madman and getting it make ur farming is even more insane. And ofc this is mid timber , idk with offlane timber tho.

Octarine is mostly ur last 6 slot item and u heal like madman. Get it when u sure u wont need another item already and hv 1 free slot
