Probably GPU. Could be drivers. Could be power supply. Low chances in YOUR case, but it could be RAM aswell.
List name of components you have, download HW monitor, take a SS and post it here.
could be overheating, check if your GPU/CPU temperature, if your coolers work properly, etc
Try removing gpu and play using integratedGPU . if no Bsod then buy new gpu

does anyone know how to solve bsod?
it only happens when i run dota (i dont have any other games but as i searched in the internet other ppl had the same problem with different games)
so i reinstalled my windows, ran a bug test and got this : http://txt.do/dduqy, then installed an older nvidia driver (my gpu is old itself but it worked out fine till tonight), also installed directx 10 went to dota but it happened again. im so triggered right now i never had this much headache
