Well its simple, you play good. But but in basic terms you're clearly not all that good. At least no where near 4k so Give up at calibrating to a high mmr and climb there while getting better.

Accept the reality that you have lowskill lvl on dota 2. Dont go shortcut and just practice. Improve your winrate first.
