i think this ranking is based on the users rather than worldwide

Nah its world in the rankings it says weather they are a open dota user or not

ahahaha maybe it measures it with the week's matches on each hero (since like nobody picks him anymore) or maybe even for each patch it resets and this patch gyro lul? just my guess
