depends on what kind of person your dealing with, and once i know what kind of person they are,
either i flame them back and they play better or i mute them and hope they play better

Some people get so angry that i dont rlly understand why they play it? Xd

When someone is relly angry flaming me its time to throw all my items on the floor and start running to enemy fountain, so the flamer can learn a lesson :)))

honestly i just have mute all chat on permanently so i dont deal with flamers

i dont mute everyone at the start, i talk nice, i dont push it to get a role if team wants to go the role i want i just pick another hero generally i never start the fight or anything and i'm ok if teammate unintentionally feeds i'll talk to him about where to be and what to do so at least he feeds less

but there are sometimes that the guy is either retardedly bad or toxic af from the first second. these guys are ez to recognize so i'll mute em from the first fokin toxic word i dont care if he says something important l8er i can risk not knowing that and not hearing all the negative shit he's got to say (ywn seems to be a toxic player tbh i'll mute him the first second if i was to play with him xD)

also if u dont wanna get reported dont do anything stupid at the end of the game. most reports are because of the stupid action in the end. even if u're the one who held the game till now and they're are a bunch of shitstains, if u feed cor go mid enemy fountain etc u gonna get reported bc ppl notice the last moments more than anything

Flamers are the reason why I like to drop all of my items and run down mid.

When it's soft flame, I try to make some jokes or said it's my fault (even when it's not :p)
If I am the one being hard flamed I will just said "Sorry I can't do better" then stop talking and eventually mute them.
If it's someone else being hard flamed I generally get really angry and tell the flamer that if he doen't stop I will report him at the end of the match. 90% of the time he won't stop and I will start arguing with him (and lose the game:p)

I mute them, let their trash performance speak for itself and make them look bad infront of everyone's face once they're done clowning

neither. I usually just shut up, and i tryhard. I don't mute them, at least not what they wrote, i sometimes mute the mic if they are constantly talking over

Angry/upset without accusing teammates = chat it over, say it's fine, do your/our best

Accusing teammates = depends on context and whether true/exaggerated or not. If repeated, mute, but still consider them part of the team and play with them, help them when needed as usual.

Straight out flaming and/or racist/anti-minority language = first strike insta-mute
