pudge. its the most broken hero in the game without question. its totally viable in very high skill brackets, and the lower skill bracket goes the better he becomes.

Weaver, necro, ember is your best bet. All three are quire powerful and need to be dealt with in a specific manner (sentries/quick nukes/lockdowns/building early hood) which seems unlikely throughout 3k bracket, even high 3k.

Easiest one IMO is necro. He is fairly straight-forward and can deathball if you farm out your greaves early. He is heavily countered by aa, and bunch of magic nukers so beware of using shroud mindlessly
