General DiscussionHello guys. What's the new formula for the respawn time?

I saw that one of the changes in 7. was:
"Dying to Neutral creeps now cause your hero to have a minimum respawn time of 26 (equal to level 6 respawn time)"
The formula I know is 4*(hero level) which should be 24. What am I missing?
