Go to the start of his games ever game is vs bots where a bot is set running to play his hero and feed in order to get quick calibration. Look at his meepo games then look at all his other games you can see where its a booster playing and where its him playing. He is also abusing bots to get out of LPQ

Had this guy in 2 of my games he deliberately fed both games and abandoned another, he has so much low priority he spends 1/4 of his games there 1000 he is also using bots in sandboxie to escape LPQ. He also bought his account, He also paid for boosting.
