And the 3.5k now are good players or not? If isn't then why valve capped this shit MMR 3.5k, it doesn't make sense if they aren't good, well not as good as 5k but just a little bit good is ok. Because sometimes at 3.5k (my old account) you can see in their profile from 4.8k to 3.5k like wtf are these account buyers. :/
