what if they had riki who harass u all the time? or bs with thirst? it would be impossible to jungle, better stay on lane (solo offlane)

^I hit kotl with SE and he left 20-35% HP,he quickly abbadon his teammate and let them die in teamfight xD
I did kill a full HP Slark with (SE+2nd) ->Ulti->1st before he can even react he stun to death
^And highest building dmg even my team have Luna which is well known as good tower seize hero.
When they teamfighting I solo sieze first T3 down and secure 2 shrine down with it after the war break.
But I don't think ES is that great at take tower.Just a player preferences - because recently I play Lycan so much and I automatically will go hit tower if I saw a opportunity.
Even I play a teamfight hero xD
Oh and in war I just randomly SE and 2nd skill hit enemies,Echo,Fission and die.
My teammate are all softly and they need a tanking meat who sacrifice for them,that's why I build heart after SE,both are item to add str/HP to do the job while also being greatly boost my 2nd skill DMG.

On hero select phase I tap out and watch manga, it auto random ES for me,so.....I JUNGLE ES,get 7mit midas 12mit Vladimir and go around hitting people.End up I can 2 hit kill kotl,3 hit Nyx, with ulti I can solo kill anyone that pushing,not to mention so many AOE skill that can disable enemies.
Will it be new Meta?
