Yeah forget about the order then, I was just thinking you read everything on DB from top to bot so it would make some sense to have the first tier show up top.
But the overlap is pretty severe!

Hey DB fans & staff,
When clicking on a hero page the talent usage tab has a severe UI flaw:
The big circular level icon overlaps with the talent text description, as can be seen here:
I also feel like the order could be swapped to display the very first talent tier on top? However that is a very minor and very debatable issue.
